Originally from the Tamworth region Dr Lewis began his medical career with a Science degree, majoring in Anatomy and Physiology at the University of Sydney and his Medical degree, MBBS, at the University of Queensland.
Making an
Appointment
All new patients need a referral from their GP or treating Physician. This can be sent by fax, mail, email ([email protected]) or it can be dropped in.
Once we have a copy of the referral and the completed ‘Patient Information Form’ (available to print out below) it will be your responsibility to contact us (6766 6100) and make an appointment.

Any films/x-rays or scans associated with your appointment
Any relevant Pathology results
