Making an
Appointment
All new patients need a referral from their GP or treating Physician. This can be sent by fax, mail, email ([email protected]) or it can be dropped in.
Once we have a copy of the referral it is your responsibility to contact us on 6766 6100 or email [email protected] make an appointment.
What to bring to your appointment:
Any films/x-rays or scans associated with your appointment
Any relevant Pathology results
